The Never Left Wondering™ Pledge defines FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s communication and update standards for all projects. This applies to retail projects and insurance-claim projects with the special conditions listed below.
Same-day virtual appointments FEATHERFALL™ offers same-day virtual appointments when capacity and daylight conditions permit. Virtual appointments may require customer-supplied photos or video. Some inspections cannot be performed virtually and may require onsite scheduling.
Haag-certified inspectors All damage assessments are performed by Haag-certified or Haag Master–level inspectors when available. Their findings help determine repair needs, project scope, and insurance documentation.
Licensed adjuster review For insurance claims, a licensed public insurance adjuster may review photos, policy language, denials, estimates, supplements, and coverage questions to help the homeowner understand their policy. This is not legal advice, and all claim decisions remain with the insurer.
Major-milestone updates FEATHERFALL™ provides updates at all major project milestones, including: inspection completion, supplement submission, adjuster meetings, claim approval or denial, material order confirmation, material delivery, build scheduling, job start, job progress, and job completion.
Mandatory 14-day check-ins If no milestone has changed for 14 consecutive days, FEATHERFALL™ sends a proactive status update confirming the current stage and next expected event. This applies to both retail projects and insurance claims.
On-demand updates Homeowners may request additional updates at any time. FEATHERFALL™ responds within 24 business hours with the most current information available.
Missed-update credits If FEATHERFALL™ fails to provide a required milestone update or 14-day check-in, the homeowner may request a credit. Approved claims receive a $50 credit per missed update, capped at $150 total per project. FEATHERFALL™ also re-establishes communication and resolves the issue.
Credit application rules For retail projects, credits apply directly to the homeowner’s invoice or future service. For insurance-claim projects, credits may only be applied to future non-insurance services due to regulatory restrictions. Credits cannot be applied toward deductibles, insurance-covered work, supplements, or claim-related balances.
Business hours and response timing All communication timelines apply during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday). Messages received after hours, on Sundays, or on federal holidays will be addressed on the next business day.
Homeowner responsibilities Homeowners must provide accurate contact information, respond to update requests, maintain safe access for inspections, and provide claim documents when applicable. Delays caused by homeowner inaction, lack of access, or unavailable documentation do not qualify for missed-update credits.
Scope of this pledge The Never Left Wondering™ Pledge governs communication and update procedures. It does not guarantee claim outcomes, approval timelines, insurer payments, construction timelines, material availability, or weather-related scheduling.
FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may revise this pledge to improve clarity or service standards. Updates will not affect projects already under contract. This pledge provides specific assurances regarding communication practices and may interact with other rights provided under state law.

No-Surprise Pricing™ Pledge — Full Terms
All pricing and scope guarantees under the No-Surprise Pricing™ Pledge are provided by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration. This pledge applies only to FEATHERFALL™-installed work and only to the written scope shown on your signed proposal. All approvals and changes must be documented in writing.
What’s included in your quoted price Labor, materials, standard flashing and ventilation components, debris removal, and jobsite cleanup as described in your written proposal and selected package. Package-specific allowances for decking, fascia, soffit, or trim are included up to the quantities listed in your package.
Decking, fascia, soffit, and trim allowances Each package includes a certain number of sheets or pieces of decking, fascia, soffit, and trim. These allowances are built into your quoted price. Any additional sheets or pieces required beyond that allowance are excluded from the base price and billed at a discounted rate per sheet or piece, with written approval.
Hidden or concealed conditions Conditions that could not reasonably be seen during a standard, non-destructive inspection (such as hidden rot, damaged framing, concealed sheathing failures, vermin damage, mold, asbestos-backed materials, or lead-based paint remediation) are not included in your initial price. If discovered, FEATHERFALL™ will pause work when safe, document with photos or video, and provide a fixed-price written change order for homeowner approval before proceeding.
If we should have reasonably found it If damage or conditions should have been reasonably identified during a normal visual inspection with safe access (without opening walls, removing finishes, or cutting into structures), FEATHERFALL™ will correct that specific issue at our cost and will not charge you extra for that portion. This determination is made using standard industry practices and supervisor-level review.
If it was impossible to see before work began Truly concealed or inaccessible issues (inside wall cavities, behind intact siding, beneath decking, inside soffits, or within structural framing) are treated as hidden conditions and excluded from the base price. Homeowners receive documentation and a fixed quote, and must approve in writing before additional work is performed.
Chimneys, skylights, and solar Chimney masonry defects, brick deterioration, and structural chimney repairs are excluded from the base price. Skylight flashing is included when the existing skylight and a compatible flashing kit are present. Full skylight replacement is included only when FEATHERFALL™ inspected the skylight onsite and a compatible flashing kit is discontinued or unavailable. Solar panel detach/reset is excluded unless specifically listed and priced in the proposal after an onsite visit.
HVAC, mechanical, and other trades Roofing-related flashing and boot corrections are included when components are suitable for reinstall. HVAC repairs, ductwork, mechanical adjustments, and non-roof mechanical systems are excluded and may require licensed trades outside the scope of this pledge.
Property protection and site conditions FEATHERFALL™ takes reasonable care to protect landscaping and exterior features. However, delicate plants, existing sprinkler systems, pre-existing fence/gate issues, and cosmetic damage to decks, railings, outdoor furniture, or décor are excluded from No-Surprise Pricing™ coverage. Homeowners are responsible for moving personal items from work areas when requested.
Insurance claim-related items Deductibles, changes in premiums, carrier-mandated scope reductions or expansions, carrier-required material substitutions, and other insurance company decisions are excluded from No-Surprise Pricing™. FEATHERFALL™ is not responsible for insurer payment decisions, limitations, or policy changes.
Customer-requested changes and upgrades Any homeowner-initiated change in scope, upgraded material selection, added work area, or additional feature not listed in the original proposal will be priced separately and requires written approval prior to work. These items are outside the original No-Surprise Pricing™ scope.
Approvals and communication All change orders, additions, and approvals must be in writing (electronic signatures accepted). Pricing discussions and approvals are handled during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday). Requests received after hours, on Sundays, or on holidays will be processed at the start of the next business day.
Scope of this pledge No-Surprise Pricing™ governs how pricing and changes are handled for FEATHERFALL™ Restoration projects. It does not create coverage for acts of God, structural failures, code upgrades, manufacturer defects, or other items addressed separately under guarantees, warranties, or insurance policies.
FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may update No-Surprise Pricing™ terms as needed to maintain clarity and fairness. Changes will not affect projects already under contract. This pledge gives you specific protections around pricing and approvals and may interact with other rights you have under state law.

4) No-Surprise Pricing™ Pledge
No additional chargeable work without your written approval (e-sign or text). Any unapproved charges are removed or credited.
Retail projects: Your price stays locked unless you request upgrades or hidden, concealed damage is uncovered. All hidden conditions are documented with photos and fixed-price written approval before work continues.
Insurance claims: You pay your deductible and any upgrades. Carrier-mandated scope changes, material substitutions, deductible changes, or premium impacts are excluded from this pledge.
Package allowances (decking, fascia, soffit, trim) include the quantities listed in your package. Additional sheets/pieces are excluded and billed at a discounted per-unit rate with written approval.
If a condition should have been reasonably identified during standard inspection, Featherfall covers it at our cost.
If a condition was concealed and not reasonably visible (rot, hidden sheathing failure, framing damage, mold, vermin, asbestos/lead issues), it is excluded until documented and approved.
Skylight flashing is included when compatible. Full skylight replacement is included only if we inspected it onsite and the original flashing kit is discontinued.
Solar detach/reset, chimney masonry repairs, HVAC mechanical corrections, and non-roof mechanical issues are excluded unless quoted separately.
Pricing discussions and approvals follow business hours (Mon–Sat). After-hours/Sunday/holiday messages are addressed next business day.
5) Never Left Wondering™ Pledge
Updates provided at every major milestone: inspection completion, supplement submission, adjuster meetings, approval/denial, scheduling, material delivery, job start, job finish.
Mandatory 14-day check-ins: If no milestone changes for 14 days, we still send a proactive update.
Homeowner may request extra updates anytime; we respond within 24 business hours.
Same-day virtual appointments offered when possible (may require customer photos/video).
All inspections performed by Haag-certified or Haag Master–level inspectors when available.
Licensed public adjusters assist with claim documentation and policy interpretation (not legal advice).
If we fail to provide a required update or 14-day check-in, you may claim a $50 credit (up to $150 total).
Retail projects: Credits apply to the project invoice or future services.
Insurance claim projects: Credits apply to future non-claim services only (cannot be applied to deductibles or insurer-covered amounts).
Communication timelines apply during business hours (Mon–Sat). Messages after hours, Sundays, or holidays answered next business day.
6) Under Our Wing™ LIFETIME Guarantee Protection Plans
All workmanship guarantees are provided by FEATHERFALL Restoration. These guarantees do not replace manufacturer warranties, which apply separately.
Silver Shield™ Standard (3-Year Coverage) Three years of workmanship coverage from completion. Defects caused by our workmanship are repaired at no cost. Repairs do not restart coverage.
Golden Nest™ Next-Level (Lifetime for Original Owner) Lifetime workmanship coverage while you own the property. If materials are discontinued, Featherfall may substitute equivalent products. Coverage ends upon sale/transfer.
Platinum Wing™ Premium (Lifetime + Transferable) Lifetime workmanship coverage for you and one subsequent homeowner. Transfer request required within 90 days of closing; inspection may be required. Transfers fee between 10% – 20% of the original contract. Coverage applies only to Featherfall-installed products under normal use.
Exclusions: Weather/impact damage, acts of God, structural movement, neglected maintenance, improper ventilation, unauthorized repairs, or work by other contractors void coverage.
Claims: Notify us in writing with photos/video within the active coverage period. A reasonable service fee applies if no workmanship defect is found.
Remedies & Rights: Coverage limited to amounts received under the original contract. No incidental or consequential damages. State-specific rights may apply.
How to use any guarantee (simple)

1. Promotion Overview
This Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered exclusively by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for qualifying roofing, siding, gutter, window, and door projects. The Promotion provides customers opportunities to receive credits, discounts, or guarantees based on specific conditions and requirements, as outlined below.
1A. Corporate Entities & Service Scope
FEATHERFALL™ Restoration: Provides contracting services (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and related exterior work). Promotions, credits, donations, and workmanship warranties in this document apply to retail projects performed by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration.
FEATHERFALL™ Adjusting: Provides public insurance adjusting services where legally permitted through individually licensed adjusters and/or partner firms. Insurance-claim advocacy, policy interpretation, and claims handling (if engaged) are offered by FEATHERFALL™ Adjusting and/or its licensed partners and are separate from FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s contracting services. Promotions and retail credits herein do not apply to adjusting services.
No Cross-Application: Engaging FEATHERFALL™ Adjusting does not obligate use of FEATHERFALL™ Restoration, and vice versa. Where required by law, disclosures and conflict safeguards are provided; customers may choose separate providers without penalty.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Qualified Customers: The Promotion is open to residential customers who enter into a contract with the Company. Customers must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 Geographic and Service Area Eligibility:
This Promotion is open exclusively to residents whose primary residence is located in Florida, Maryland, or Virginia.
The Promotion is available only to customers whose locations fall within designated service areas for FEATHERFALL™ Restoration.
If you are uncertain whether your location qualifies, you must contact our office prior to entering into a contract.
2.3 Exclusions: Employees of FEATHERFALL™ Restoration, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible.
2.4 Insurance Claim Related Work: Projects or work associated with or initiated as part of an insurance claim are ineligible for this Promotion. Only retail projects may qualify.
3. Payment Incentives and Options
3.1 Retail Payment Incentives: Retail (non-insurance) customers may choose between:
A 10% discount on any full siding or roofing project if full payment is made within 72 hours of project completion.
Flexible 0% financing options, for qualifying customers, through third-party lenders. Example programs include “No payments, no interest if paid in full within 24 months,” or “Equal payments for 72 months at 0%,” subject to lender terms.
4.1 On-Time Start™ Guarantee: If FEATHERFALL™ Restoration fails to begin installation by the scheduled date, the customer may receive a $250 credit. This excludes weather, safety issues, natural disasters, utility/permit delays, or homeowner-caused delays.
4.2 No Nail Left Behind™ Pledge: If a customer discovers nails or debris after completion, they may be eligible for a $500 credit. Requests must be submitted with photos to Support@CallFeatherfall.com within 7 days of installation.
4.3 Directorii $250,000 Protection: A third-party program provided by Directorii. Eligible customers who sign within 24 hours may receive complimentary enrollment.
4.4 $500 Upgrade Credit for On-Time Appointments: Customers who attend their scheduled virtual appointment and required onsite inspection on time may receive up to a $500 upgrade credit. Applies to upgrades only.
4.5 Lead ’n’ Feed™ — $300 Community Donation: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration donates $300 to a customer-selected nonprofit for qualifying full roof or siding replacements. Conditions and verification required.
4.6 Rebate Credit (Video Testimonial Program): Retail repair customers may receive a **$50–$500** rebate credit depending on job size and FEATHERFALL™ Restoration discretion. All disclosure and posting requirements must be followed exactly. Rebates issued within 14 business days after verification.

5.1 Overview: Residential homeowners who complete a qualifying retail repair with FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may be eligible to receive a rebate credit between $50–$500, based on job size and at FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s sole discretion.

6. Limitations and Exclusions
6.1 Non-Combining Offers: Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly agreed to in writing by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration.
6.2 Verification Rights: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration reserves the right to verify all claims, payments, or submissions made by customers under this Promotion.
6.3 Modification or Termination: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice, except for contracts already executed.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 “As Is” Basis: All Promotions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those expressly stated herein or in the customer’s project contract.
7.2 Typographical Errors: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration is not responsible for typographical or printing errors in promotional materials.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall FEATHERFALL™ Restoration be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to this Promotion. Liability is limited to amounts paid under the contract for the project at issue.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the work is performed.
8.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the state where the project is performed.
9. Additional Terms & Conditions
9.1 Electronic Consent (E-SIGN): You consent to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic delivery of documents, approvals, notices, and disclosures via email and text. Paper copies available upon request.
9.2 TCPA/SMS Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive autodialed or automated texts and calls from FEATHERFALL™ Restoration. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out; message/data rates may apply.
9.3 Call/Meeting Recording Notice: Calls, video conferences, or meetings may be recorded for quality and training. By proceeding, you consent to such recordings.
9.4 Media & Content License (Photos/Video): You grant FEATHERFALL™ Restoration a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to capture and use site/job photos and videos for documentation and marketing. Operational documentation photos may still be required for warranties. You may opt out of marketing use by written notice.
9.5 Change Orders & Hidden Conditions: Hidden conditions are unforeseen issues discovered after work begins (e.g., rotten decking, structural damage, code upgrades). Change orders require written approval before work continues. If unreachable, work may pause until approval.
9.6 Scheduling & Site Access: Customer responsibilities include:
Providing safe access to work areas and securing pets.
Clearing driveways for delivery/dumpsters and moving vehicles when needed.
Providing power and water access as required.
Providing attic access where applicable.
Complying with satellite/EV/HVAC detachment requirements.
Reasonable landscaping protection per Company SOP; weather/safety may override schedule preferences.
9.7 Materials & Substitutions: If supply issues arise, FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may propose equivalent or better materials. Any upgrade increasing cost requires approval.
9.8 Warranty Disclosures: Workmanship warranties are defined in Section 10. Manufacturer warranties apply separately.
9.9 No-Surprise Pricing™ Enforcement: Any chargeable work not approved in writing (e-sign or text) will be removed or credited. Hidden conditions require documentation and written approval. If FEATHERFALL™ Restoration reasonably should have identified a condition during standard inspection, FEATHERFALL™ Restoration will cover it at no cost.
9.10 Payments, Chargebacks & Lien Rights: Initiating a chargeback on an undisputed invoice is a breach. Customer is responsible for chargeback fees, and FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may suspend warranty services until cured. Mechanic’s lien rights apply per state law.
9.11 Insurance-Specific Disclosures: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration does not guarantee insurance coverage or approval. Homeowner responsible for deductibles and non-covered items. Communication with insurer is permitted; FEATHERFALL™ Restoration does not provide legal advice.
9.12 Force Majeure: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration is not liable for delays due to weather, supply chain, labor actions, utilities, permit/HOA delays, or other circumstances beyond control.
9.13 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Except for small claims, disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration on an individual basis. No class actions allowed.
9.14 Financing Disclaimers: Third-party lenders set all financing terms. Approvals are not guaranteed.
9.15 Price Validity & Retail Pricing Basis: Quotes are valid for a stated timeframe (e.g., 72 hours). All work, credits, valuations, donations, rebates, and warranty remedies use FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s current retail pricing, not wholesale or subcontractor rates.
All workmanship guarantees are provided by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration. These warranties apply only to workmanship performed by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration and do not replace manufacturer warranties.
10.1 Silver Shield™ Standard — 3-Year Workmanship Coverage Workmanship defects within three (3) years from completion are repaired or replaced at no charge. Repairs do not restart the warranty clock.
10.2 Golden Nest™ Next-Level — Lifetime Workmanship (Original Owner) Covers workmanship defects for as long as the original owner owns the home. Equivalent materials may be substituted if originals are discontinued.
10.3 Platinum Wing™ Premium — Lifetime + One Transfer Lifetime workmanship coverage for the original owner plus one subsequent homeowner. Transfer requests must be submitted within 90 days of transfer. Late transfers may incur a fee up to 10% of the original contract.
10.4 Exclusions (All Tiers): Acts of God (hail, wind, storm, lightning, impact), flooding, fire, structural movement, pre-existing defects, improper maintenance, improper ventilation, ice dams, mold/mildew, biological growth, interior nail pops, cosmetic fading, wear/aging, misuse, abuse, or alterations/repairs by any party other than FEATHERFALL™ Restoration void coverage.
10.5 Conditions: Applies only to FEATHERFALL™ Restoration installs; assumes normal use, full payment, adherence to manufacturer maintenance requirements.
10.6 Claims Process: Notify FEATHERFALL™ Restoration in writing within active coverage period with photos/video. Reasonable service fee may apply if no workmanship defect is found.
10.7 Remedies & Limitations: Liability limited to amounts paid under the original contract. No consequential or incidental damages.
10.8 Pricing Basis (Warranty Reminder): Warranty remedies performed using FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s then-current retail pricing.
11. 50K Home Restoration GiveBack™ Program — Needs-Based Community Donation (Not a Sweepstakes)
Overview: The 50K Home Restoration GiveBack™ (also referenced as 50K Giveback Donation™ and 50K Home Restoration GiveBack Donation™) is a needs-based, discretionary community initiative offered by FEATHERFALL™ Restoration. It is not a sweepstakes, raffle, lottery, or game of chance. No purchase is necessary to be considered. FEATHERFALL™ Restoration is under no obligation to select a recipient if no nominee qualifies or if selection would cause undue hardship to the Company.
11.1 Timing: Nominations typically open annually and close at 11:59 PM local time on December 22. Chosen recipient(s), if any, are announced on or around December 24.
11.2 Nomination & Consent: Individuals may self-nominate or nominate another household. Nominees must consent to participation and provide accurate information. FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may request verification of identity, ownership, or occupancy.
11.3 Eligibility (Needs-Based Criteria):
Nominee must reside in the home being nominated and the home must be a primary residence within FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s service areas (FL, MD, VA).
Mortgage Status: If a mortgage exists, account must be current at time of inspection and selection.
Insurance Exclusion: If hail, wind, or storm damage appears reasonably coverable by a valid property insurance policy, nominee is ineligible for GiveBack consideration for that scope of work.
Financial Need: Income, hardship, disability, medical burdens, safety concerns, and community impact may be considered. Final criteria determined at FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s discretion.
11.4 Inspection & Assessment (Required): Nominees must permit FEATHERFALL™ Restoration to inspect the roof, siding, windows, doors, gutters, or other relevant exterior components. A follow-up assessment call is required to review findings and confirm feasibility. Failure to provide access may result in disqualification.
11.5 Selection Panel: A third-party advisory panel reviews nominations and recommends recipients. FEATHERFALL™ Restoration retains final selection authority. The Company may:
Select one or multiple recipients;
Allocate up to an approximate value of $50,000 in labor/materials (or more at its discretion);
Decline to select any recipient if no suitable candidates exist or if selection would jeopardize business stability;
Modify donated scopes for structural or safety reasons.
11.6 Program Nature & Scope: Donated work is discretionary and contingent upon safety, feasibility, code requirements, scheduling, weather, product availability, and other logistical factors. Material substitutions may occur when necessary. FEATHERFALL™ Restoration is not responsible for unrelated repairs (e.g., interior drywall) unless expressly stated.
11.7 Marketing & Publicity: By participating, nominees grant FEATHERFALL™ Restoration rights to:
Contact nominees by phone, email, text, or mail for GiveBack-related communication;
Record photos/videos during assessment and project delivery;
Publish name, city, story overview, and project media;
Use submitted/recorded content for marketing in any media.
Opt-out options are available for non-operational media use.
11.8 Not a Game of Chance: No purchase, payment, or chance element is involved. Selection is based solely on need and feasibility.
11.9 Verification: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may require documentation (e.g., IDs, mortgage statements, insurance records). Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
11.10 Taxes: Donated work may create taxable income. FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may issue tax documentation (e.g., Form 1099). Recipients should consult a tax professional.
11.11 Warranty (Donated Work): Donated work may include an appropriate workmanship warranty tier (e.g., Silver Shield™, Golden Nest™, Platinum Wing™) at FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s discretion. Manufacturer warranties apply per their terms.
11.12 Right to Modify or Cancel: FEATHERFALL™ Restoration may modify, suspend, or cancel the GiveBack program at any time for legal, administrative, or financial reasons.
11.13 Retail Pricing Basis Reminder: All valuations of donated work use FEATHERFALL™ Restoration’s current retail pricing, consistent with Section 9.15.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with all referenced documents and the customer’s signed project contract, constitute the entire agreement.
12.2 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
12.3 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
