Fine Print (the details, still human)

1) On-Time Start Guarantee — $250 Credit

  • We miss your written start window by more than 2 hours due to our scheduling (not weather/safety)? That’s on us. $250 credit.
  • Excludes weather, unsafe site conditions, permit/utility/HOA delays, homeowner access issues, or natural disasters.
  • Text/email us within 24 hours of the missed window to claim. Credit applied within 14 business days.

2) No Nail Left Behind™ — $500 Credit

  • We cover roofing/siding fasteners or job debris left in work areas we touched.
  • Notify us within 7 days of completion with photos/video. We’ll re-sweep within 72 hours.
  • If debris is confirmed, we apply a $500 credit (or mail it within 14 business days if already paid).
  • Excludes pre-existing debris, areas outside the work zone, or yards altered after completion.

3) $250K Directorii Third-Party Protection

  • Independent coverage (up to $250,000) for Deposit Protection, Contractor Fraud, Bankruptcy, Code Compliance, and Product Defects.
  • Available only where eligible and enrolled at contract. Governed by Directorii’s program rules.
  • Claims are filed directly with Directorii. We assist with documentation but do not determine outcomes.

4) No-Surprise Pricing

  • No additional chargeable work without your written approval (e-sign/text). Any unapproved charges are removed or credited.
  • Retail: Price holds unless you request upgrades or hidden damage is found. We document everything before moving forward.
  • Insurance: You pay your deductible and any chosen upgrades. All supplement/code work documented and approved first.

5) Under Our Wing™ LIFETIME Guarantee Protection Plans

All workmanship guarantees are provided by FEATHERFALL Restoration. These guarantees do not replace any manufacturer or product warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials, shingles, siding, and accessories.

  • Silver Shield™ Standard (3-Year Coverage)
    FEATHERFALL guarantees that the installation workmanship on your project will be free of defects for three (3) years from the completion date. If an installation-related issue occurs within that period, FEATHERFALL will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you. Replacement does not restart the warranty clock.
  • Golden Nest™ Next-Level (Lifetime for Original Owner)
    Covers workmanship for the lifetime of your ownership. If any workmanship defect is found while you own the property, FEATHERFALL will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you. If original materials are discontinued, FEATHERFALL may substitute equivalent materials. Coverage ends upon sale or transfer of the property.
  • Platinum Wing™ Premium (Lifetime + Transferable)
    Provides lifetime workmanship protection for you and one subsequent homeowner. Transfer must be requested in writing within 90 days of property sale. FEATHERFALL may require inspection or documentation of transfer. If transfer is made outside the 90-day window, a transfer fee (up to 10% of original contract value) may apply. Coverage extends only to products installed by FEATHERFALL and assumes normal, reasonable use.
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by weather, acts of God, impact, alteration, improper maintenance, or unrelated contractor work voids coverage. Any repair, removal, or modification by someone other than FEATHERFALL voids these guarantees.
  • Claims: Notify FEATHERFALL Restoration in writing (email or form) promptly after discovery of an issue and within the active coverage period. Include photos or video. A reasonable service fee may apply if inspection determines no defect in workmanship.
  • Remedies & Rights: These guarantees are the only expressed workmanship guarantees from FEATHERFALL Restoration. Liability is limited to the amounts received under the original contract. No incidental or consequential damages apply. Rights vary by state.

How to use any guarantee (simple)

  1. Report: Text/email your issue within the stated window with photos/video.
  2. Verify: We respond within 1 business day and schedule any fix/re-check.
  3. Credit: Applied to your invoice or mailed within 14 business days after verification.

One guarantee credit per project unless noted. Cannot be combined with conflicting promos. Weather/safety always take precedence. FEATHERFALL Restoration is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Directorii coverage is provided by Directorii and governed by their program terms. All workmanship guarantees assume full payment received under contract.

How: Within 72 hours of completion..

    1. Record a 60–90s phone video about your experience
    2. Make two public posts: one on Facebook and one on Nextdoor (you can include the video)
    3. Add this disclosure to both posts: “I received a rebate from Featherfall for sharing my experience”
    4. Upload your video and the post links/screenshots via our rebate form (we’ll text it to you)

Amount: Up to $500. Credited to your invoice or mailed as a check within 14 business days after verification. Rebate cannot exceed the cost of repairs. If you paid $400, you only get $400 back

Limits: 1 per household. Limited quantity each month. Keep posts public for 30 days. Not valid for previous or existing customers

Notes: Not tied to Google reviews. Honest feedback only. Void where prohibited. Offer not valid for insurance-funded repairs

Eligibility

  • Residential homeowners only, age 18+. Work must be performed by Featherfall at an address within our service areas.
  • Qualifying project: Completed retail repair (non-insurance-funded where prohibited) on your home. Full replacement jobs may qualify at our discretion.
  • Limit: 1 rebate per household/address. Limited quantity available each month—first come, first served.
  • Not eligible: Insurance-funded repairs, previous or existing customers, government contracts, jobs with past due balances, canceled/refunded jobs, or where prohibited by law or carrier agreements.

What you do (within 72 hours of job completion)

  1. Create a 60–90 second honest testimonial video (phone video is perfect) sharing your experience.
  2. Make two public posts: one on Facebook and one on Nextdoor, sharing your experience (can include the video).
  3. Include this disclosure in both posts: “I received a rebate from Featherfall for sharing my experience.”
  4. Submit your video file and links/screenshots of both posts via our rebate form (we’ll text you the link at completion).

Important notes

  • Honesty only. No positive review required. Your experience—good, bad, or mixed.
  • Platform policies apply. We do not require or request Google reviews or any platform that prohibits incentivized reviews.
  • Keep both posts public and live for at least 30 days.

Rebate amount and payment

  • Amount: Up to $500. Exact amount may vary by project and will be stated on your estimate or completion paperwork.
  • Method: If your invoice is unpaid, we apply a credit. If already paid, we mail a rebate check.
  • Timing: Issued within 14 business days after we verify your submission meets these terms.
  • Taxes: Rebates may be taxable. If your rebates with us exceed $600 in a calendar year, we may issue a 1099. Consult your tax advisor.

Verification and misuse

  • We may request additional proof (identity, address, proof of post, job details) to validate eligibility.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or ineligible submissions will be declined. Abuse may void current and future eligibility.

Content license

  • By submitting, you grant Featherfall a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, and publish your submitted content (video, images, text, name, city) in any media for marketing/advertising purposes, without additional payment or approval. You confirm you own the content and have permission from anyone appearing in it.

Legal

  • Void where prohibited. Offer not valid for insurance-funded repairs. We may modify or end this offer at any time, prospectively. Changes do not affect approved, verified submissions already in process.
  • This rebate is an incentive for sharing your experience and is not a sweepstakes, drawing, or game of chance.
  • We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Governing law: State where work is performed.
